About this opportunity:
We’re seeking an expert leader to establish and grow a new unit dedicated to delivering Customer engaging AI solutions. This leader will play a key role in empowering Customers to unlock the full potential of their AI journey, leveraging our agility, innovation, and deep expertise.
What you will do:
- The leader will be responsible for defining and driving AI-driven solutions and services which deliver value for SA BOS customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, scoping and piloting AI-led initiatives to achieve speed, efficiency, and tangible results for our customers.
- Overseeing the integration of AI-enhanced workflows in Customers landscape responsible for taking Ericsson SA BOS products and AI frameworks and delivering into customers ensuring the effective use, monetization and growth of the Ericsson Knowledge Base.
- Leading the development of a unified modular AI / GenAI Use case framework for development and delivery of e2e Use cases that meets Customer needs.
- Engaging in sales opportunities with Customers to guide them through AI-led OSS/BSS transformation journeys, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Fostering an entrepreneurial environment that challenges traditional methodologies, adopting a startup-like culture to drive agility, rapid innovation, and impactful, iterative improvements.
- Promoting-functional collaboration across SA BOS R&D, Service Delivery, Sales, and Portfolio units to rapidly deploy tailored AI solutions using our enhanced portfolio.
- Cultivating a culture of high performance and creativity.
The skills you bring:
- Strong business acumen with experience to engage with C-level executives helping them to drive AI adoption and transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and geographies.
- Leader of entrepreneurial businesses ventures, with a background in Artificial Intelligence and strong track record in delivering AI solutions at scale.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology of AI for Telecommunications industry, ideally in OSS/BSS domains.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing& data analytics, and how they can be applied to real-world business problems.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that leverage AI to deliver Customer value and business outcomes.
- Experience in monetizing AI solutions and their lifecycle, aligning them with business goals to achieve measurable results.
- Proven ability to create tight-knit, multidisciplinary teams with a “small-company dynamic”, ensuring seamless collaboration between R&D, Service Delivery, Sales, and Portfolio for successful AI solution deployment.
- Experience in driving cross-functional projects, navigating different stakeholder requirements, and ensuring alignment across teams.
